VERY IMPORTANT POINTS FOR THE EXAMINATION:

According to factories act, 1948

If 30 women workers creche facility has to be provided
If 500 workers are working a WELFARE OFFICER is required to appoint
If 1000 or more workers are working , a SAFETY OFFICER is required to appoint
If 150 workers are working REST ROOMS/SHELTERS, LUNCH ROOM, DRINKING WATER required to be provided
